Homemade Pasta / 3 cups

A. Combine 1 egg, 2 tablespoon milk and 1/2 teaspoons salt. gradually add 1 cup flour, stirring until smooth after each addition of flour to form a soft dough.

B. On floured surface, knead dough until smooth, about 30 times.

C. Roll dough very thin. roll up loosely. Slice dough 0.6-cm(1/4-inch) thick. Unroll each slice and arrange on wax paper lined glass oven tray.

D. Cook at MEDIUM for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes, or until noodles are dry.
