Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms / 2 servings

A. Beat 4 Eggs and 1/4 cup cream in glass casserole dish.

B. Add 2 tablespoons butter, mushrooms, salt, pepper and 3 slices crumbled and cooked bacon, stir to blend.

C. Cook at Med - High for 6 to 7 minutes, or until eggs are almost set, stirring twice.

D. Allow to stand to complete cooking. Garnish with chopped parsley.
