Cooked Shrimp / 4 servings

A. Place 450g shrimp (shelled and cleaned) in small casserole.

B. Add 1/4 cup hot water, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon thyme.

C. Cook, covered, at HIGH for 2 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp is opaque and firm. drain Shrimp. Cover and chill.
